Transaction Page Statuses

The Transactions page shows all the payments that StartApp has transferred or tried to transfer to your payment method.


There are three available statuses for each transaction:


Status Definition
Paid The transaction was completed successfully.
Pending The transaction is still in process.
Pending/Error The transaction failed.

Transactions usually fail because the payment information is incorrect. Make sure that the payment information filled in the portal's payment page matches your bank information.

When the transaction fails, the payment is automatically added to the next payment cycle. You will receive this payment along with the payment of the following month earnings.
