In order to create a new campaign, click on Add New Campaign
You can find this button either in "My Campaigns" on the upper right corner of the screen or on your dashboard:
Step 1- Create a campaign
Selecting campaign type:
With StartApp, you can promote mobile apps or mobile content campaigns (i.e. campaigns leading to mobile web page).
Choose the type of campaign you are going to promote or simply insert the destination URL and the system will recognize automatically the campaign type.
The Destination URL is a direct link to the App store (For App campaign) or domain/direct link to the landing page (For mobile web page campaigns).
Please note: The Tracking URL will be added upon creatives upload on Step 5. For the destination URL please use a direct link to the landing page in order for us to identify the campaign domain. This URL will NOT affect the campaign flow or be used for the click redirect.
StartApp has different targeting available for each OS and hence we separate the campaign flows for each OS type.
In case you would like your mobile web page campaign to run on both OS types, you will need to upload a separate campaign per OS for the same destination.
Once a URL is inserted and your OS was chosen, you will be able to create your campaign and move to the next steps to define your campaign’s info, targeting, budget and creatives.

For example, for the StartApp Showcase app on Google, we will insert this URL (from Google):
Step 2- Campaign Info
In this step, set the campaign’s start and end date. And day parting.
Please note that all dates and times are GMT, if you choose Day parting hours, the time refers to the request time not necessarily the impression time.

Step 3- Targeting
In this step, you are able to set the campaign targeting, GEO, Device, Audience etc.

Step 4- Budget & Bids
On the upper left side of this section, you will find the suggested bid bar, the suggested bid is based on your campaign targeting and our traffic.
Set the daily and total campaign’s budget, and select the preferred pricing model – CPC/CPM
Step 5- Creative
You can choose any creative according to the ad type targeting you have set on step 3.
Once you’ll upload the creative you will be able to enter the tracking URL
You can choose to complete the different steps in any order.
On the bottom right side, you will find these buttons:
Easily choose to publish the campaign you have just created and submit it for our campaign approval team's review, by clicking on "Publish", or click to save the draft you have created, and review it later at your convenience.
